The 8.6 acre Newtonbrook Plaza site at Yonge and Finch in Toronto will be transformed into Aoyuan’s largest master-planned community in Canada. Plans include five residential condo towers, 180,000 sf. of office and retail, a daycare and community centre.
A new network of small pedestrian-focused streets will wind through the new community and connect residents to a brand new park and playground.

Future Development
Ontario will continue to work in collaboration with the York Region and the City of Toronto to deliver the Yonge North Subway Extension. The extension to Markham and York Region will meet current travel demands, provide greater access to other rapid transit lines, serve urban growth centres and support a sustainable future.
The Yonge North Subway Extension will continue TTC’s Line 1 (north of Finch station) to major employment centres in York Region such as Markham, Vaughan and Richmond Hill. The project is expected to attract 94,100 daily riders meaning that 22,900 employees will be within walking distance of the subway. This new extension will make M2M SQUARED more accessible well into the York region than it already is.
